What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship within 2 business days of receiving verified payment. We will update tracking and send your item via either FedEX, UPS, DHL, or USPS. We will determine carrier based on your location and shipping speed selected. An email with tracking details will be provided, once your item is shipped.

We are required to ship to the address noted as the "ship to" address at time of payment. We will ship to any address noted here (confirmed or not). We can not honor requests via email or phone to change this shipping address.

If you would like to make any requests for your shipment, please do so at the time of payment to ensure your request is seen by the shipping department. Be advised that these requests may delay your shipment or cause additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please use our shipping calculator to determine shipping costs to your location. We offer substantial discounts that may not reflected on the ebay information.

Customs tax, VAT, duties, etc. originate from your country's government. We are in no way responsible, affiliated, or in any way associated with any costs levied by the customs dept. in your country or any other government agency. Buyers are solely responsible for any fees incurred in transit.

Please check with your country's customs department to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight/shipping company or when you pick up the item with your local postal service---do not confuse these charges with additional shipping cost.

If you need to give us special instructions with international shipments, please provide instructions at the time of payment to ensure they are seen by the shipper.

What is your Return Policy?
We will accept return on any UNOPENED item within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in exact condition as received with all accessories & packaging included to receive full credit. Shipping costs are not refunded.

We can also offer exchange for any item defect in the first 7 days. Seller is responsible for return shipping costs. After 7 days, please contact the manufacturer for repair under warranty.

Please contact us at resimports.support@gmail.com if you have an issue with your item. You must contact us in advance for return authorization and provide explanation. Your item will be assessed for completeness and condition to determine amount of credit. A minimum 10% restocking fee will be applied to any opened, non-defective, return.
